Please remember Dona Kribs as she struggles with her treatment for cancer. Be with her and give her all the strength she needs.
ReplyDeleteFirst, prayers for Jim Tompkins in this time of grief and loss, that he is lifted up by the Holy Spirit and the memories of shared joy and love with Elaine.
ReplyDeleteSecond, for me. I was running yesterday and felt a large pop in my calf and could not run after that. Preliminary diagnosis is a partially ruptured Achilles tendon. Will know more later today. Appreciate prayers for healing and freedom from worry.
Thanks!
Rick
Just a note to update and a heartfelt thank you for all the prayerful support. My leg injury turned out to be a torn calf muscle, not a ruptured achilles. That is a yeahgod!!! :) No running for 4 weeks. I can definately live with that versus the surgery involved with the achilles.
ReplyDeleteThank you for this wonderful ministry. I hope you keep it going.
Peace and Grace,
Rick
